What you will be doing

 

We are currently looking for experienced profiles on permanent contracts to be part of the Agile adventure and to accompany us on our various internal projects. Within an agile team and in a transverse functional context, your mission will be to :

-Train and coach the various stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum Master, analysts, developers and testers)

-Implementing Agile engineering and Scrum management practices

-Drive, manage and animate transformation projects of entire organizations towards Agility

-Provide support for the implementation of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, ...)

-Accompany your interlocutors on the best practices of requirements definition, planning and development practices, peer programming, refactoring ....

-Ensure the progress of projects in all phases of the development cycle

 

Profile required :

 

-You have an engineering background or a BAC +5 degree in computer engineering, MIAGE or similar.

-You are passionate about the world of Agility and you have proven experience in the field.

-You master the issues, concepts and tools related to Agility and also the Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban methods...

-You are certified in agility (SAFe, Professional Coach, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner)
