What you will be doing

 

-Manage the project team, including engineers, consultants, developers and support.

-Organize all internal and external comitology

-Assess project requirements, manage completion, identify and manage project resources, prepare and present proposals and recommendations.

-Coordinate the internal implementation of projects: planning, workload, progress monitoring, internal animation, monitoring of the specification, development, testing and deployment phases

-Organize the follow-up: follow-up of external contributors and coordination of internal contributors, progress reporting / steering committee.

-Organize the consolidation and sharing of information: difficulties encountered, identification and treatment of defects.

-Maintain profitability: respect of contractual commitments,

-Check that procedures are respected and applied,

-Propose adequate resources and anticipate needs,

-Collaborate with the rest of the teams on the development of solutions

-Participate in pre-sales phases,

 

Profile required

 

-5 years of higher education in MIAGE or similar

-You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position in a digital context

-You are certified or trained as a Scrum Master, or you have worked on Agile projects.

-You have good writing and synthesis skills, a good analytical mind and a sense of service.

-You have the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.
