Gear9 wins two GOLD awards at the Moroccan Digital Awards

Gear9, an agency specializing in creating digital experiences and a consulting partner for Salesforce, the world’s leading cloud platform for customer relationship management, stood out at the 5th edition of the African Digital Summit by winning two GOLD awards at the Moroccan Digital Awards (ADS). The awards were given for "Best Use of Data, Analytics & CRM" for the Toyota Webstore project and for "Best Digital Innovation" for the Win by Inwi project, a fully digital brand.

These accolades add to Gear9's previous achievements, including the Golden Mobiles award in 2021 for the Win by Inwi project and the CX Awards in 2022 for the Toyota Webstore project.

Amine Bentahar, CMO & COO of AVX Digital and a jury member at the competition, shared his insights on the projects submitted for the Moroccan Digital Awards this year. He expressed his admiration for the quality of the submissions, stating: "We were impressed by the quality of the projects submitted for this year's Moroccan Digital Awards. The evaluation criteria we used were strategic approach, creativity, innovation, implementation, and efficiency." He also noted that Gear9's projects won two GOLD awards due to their excellent mastery of international best practices in user experience.

Additionally, during a conference at ADS titled “CX, BX, UX, EX, TX... Too much X kills the X,” Anass Drissi, Lead CX at Gear9, and Quods Ouaissi, Creative Executive Director at TNC - thenext.click, shared their expertise on human experience and its essential role in building great brands. They highlighted the critical importance of emotional relationships and their impact on loyalty and engagement, reminding the audience about how perception affects sustainability and how today’s brands can secure their future. They emphasized that the key to powerful brand strategies lies in the combination of creative thinking and design thinking. "It's time to move from the era of X [Customer eXperience (CX), Business of eXperience (BX), User eXperience (UX), Employee eXperience (EX), or Total Experience (TX)] to the era of human experience," they added.

To remind everyone, the Moroccan Digital Awards were held alongside the 5th edition of the African Digital Summit, the largest digital gathering in Africa for advertisers, marketing professionals, digital experts, media, and communication. This edition saw over 2800 participants. The African Digital Summit is now the annual meeting point for advertisers, marketers, digital professionals, communication agencies, and media to seek inspiration, engage with the latest trends, rethink their strategies, and prepare for the future.
