Mobiles d’Or 2023 rewards Gear9 and Bank Al Yousr with the international marketing automation prize in Paris.

Gear9, an agency specialized in creating digital experiences and a consulting partner of Salesforce, the world’s number one cloud platform for customer relationship management, was awarded the International Marketing Automation Prize alongside its client Bank Al Yousr, a participatory bank of the BCP Group, during the awards ceremony held in Paris on March 29.

This annual ceremony honors excellence in the fields of digital transformation, commerce, marketing, and mobile advertising. Since 2017, the Golden Mobiles have celebrated companies, advertisers, agencies, publishers, operators, and technical solution providers that have supported the evolution of mobile technologies and developed best practices in this area.

The International Marketing Automation Prize awarded to Gear9 and Bank Al Yousr reinforces Gear9's leadership position in innovation within the financial sector, after proving itself in telecommunications and automotive industries, as well as Bank Al Yousr's role as a financial player focused on service quality and customer experience, which is key to success in the digital era where customers seek smooth experiences with greater autonomy, flexibility, and personalization.

A jury composed of 18 professionals and opinion leaders reviewed various applications to select the winners based on criteria such as adaptability to new digital uses, vision of convergence, and relevance of the proposed solutions.

Marketing Automation is a technique that automates marketing operations and streamlines customer relationships across multiple channels. This approach allows for personalized messaging based on user behavior while reducing operational costs.

This automation project and the adjustment of data valuation processes and customer experience (CX) refinement have had a significant impact on the results for Bank Al Yousr: an increase of 46,000 users, a 39.94% conversion rate via WhatsApp, a 19.5% conversion rate combining web and WhatsApp, and 95% of business clients expressing satisfaction. These figures speak for themselves and testify to Gear9's commitment to providing a quality user experience and maximizing results for our clients.
